Shipping charges shown apply to lower 48 states.
Shipping and handling: Flat rate to cover ONLY cost. No added cost.
We use whichever carrier is best for each delivery, usually UPS or FedEx.
Our shipping Dept. does not work week-end.
Most Items are sent out in 2-3 buisness days. The Tracking # is issued at that time.
Returns:
You must notify us in 48 hrs of recieving your purchase.
In the unlikely event that a return is needed, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
If you feel your item is defective please contact us via email for approval and instructions before shipping the item back.
If an item you receive is different than we've described it here, we will promptly refund all your money upon its safe return. Returns must be made with-in 14 days of receiving item.
We do not accept returns for compatibility issues; so please verify compatibility before purchasing items.
If you ship back an item without requesting approval or receiving instructions; the package will be returned.
If you fail to follow the instructions sent to you it will delay processing of the return. Our return center only accepts properly posted Items.
